Subscription Policy

How it works

Subscribe to Noir Adhesive and save 15% on every order. Choose delivery every 4, 5 or 6 weeks. Your first order ships when you check out, and each renewal is charged and dispatched automatically on your chosen schedule until you cancel.

Pricing

The subscription price is 15% off our regular Noir Adhesive price (currently A$50.15 instead of A$59.00). The subscription discount can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions. If our regular price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. You can see your next renewal date anytime in your Lash Mode account. If a payment fails, we'll try again and contact you to update your card. If payment still can't be taken, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship within 1–2 business days of renewal via Australia Post. Standard shipping rates apply, and orders over $200 ship free. You can also choose click & collect from Moonee Ponds.

Managing your subscription

Log in to your account at lashmode.com.au to skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, pause, update your address or payment details, or cancel. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Orders already processed before you cancel will still be sent.

Returns and faulty products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened adhesive for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lashmode.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. If you notice any other fault, contact us as soon as possible. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Storage

Opened Noir Adhesive is best used within 4–6 weeks. Store it upright and sealed in an airtight container, away from heat and sunlight.
